Glass Fiber Geogrid Introduction
There are several kinds of geogrids, of which glass fiber grille is
commonly used. There are layers of asphalt on the surface of glass
fiber grille, which is high temperature resistant, anti-aging and
corrosion resistant. Asphalt concrete pavement is widely used in
highway construction in China. However, the load stress will cause
serious damage to the asphalt concrete pavement and shorten the
service life of the highway.
Therefore, in order to improve the quality of asphalt concrete
pavement, measures should be taken to improve its stability. For

layer, but firmly bonded together.

Slow reflection crack
The reflection crack is caused by the stress concentration in the
asphalt overlay above the old concrete surface caused by the large
displacement near the joint or crack. It includes the horizontal
displacement caused by the change of temperature and humidity and
the vertical shear displacement caused by traffic load. The former
causes more concentrated tensile stress in the asphalt overlay
above the joint or crack; The latter makes the asphalt overlay
above the joint subject to large bending tensile stress and shear

applied in the asphalt overlay as a hard interlayer with high
stiffness. Its function is to relieve stress and release strain. At
the same time, it is used as the reinforcement material of asphalt
concrete to improve the tensile and shear capacity of the overlay
structure, so as to reduce cracks. The practice shows that the
corresponding crack energy of a horizontal crack with changed
direction can move 0.6m from its starting point, and the reinforced

2. Road surface condition
